Is there a contract or minimum term?

No long-term contracts. We ask for one month's notice to cancel, that's all. We earn your business every month, not through lock-in.

What do I need to provide?

We'll need your logo, brand colours, some images, and your key messaging. We'll guide you through exactly what's needed during onboarding — it's simpler than you think.

How long does setup take?

Typically 5–10 working days from when we receive all your materials. We'll agree a timeline with you during onboarding and keep you updated throughout.

What counts as a "small update"?

Opening hours, phone numbers, prices, short copy tweaks, seasonal notices, swapping an image. If it's more substantial — a new page, a redesign — we'll discuss it separately and quote fairly.

Are your websites GDPR-compliant?

Yes. Every site we build is privacy-first — no unnecessary cookies, no tracking scripts, no third-party data collection unless you specifically ask for it. A privacy page is included as standard.

Can I upgrade my package later?

Absolutely. If your business grows and you need more, just let us know. We'll agree on the additional setup work and move you to the new monthly rate from the following month.
